Falafel, Hummus and
Tabouli Kebab
2 wholemeal Lebanese wraps
¼ cup hummus
6 small falafels, crumbled
½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1.
Preheat the sandwich press until the
green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
2.
Fill the wraps with even amounts of
hummus, falafels, cherry tomatoes,
parsley, red onion and BBQ sauce.
Fold over and roll to form a tight wrap.
3.
Place into the sandwich press and
close the lid for 3 minutes or until
golden brown.
Avocado, Tomato and
Lime on Rye
4 slices rye bread
2 teaspoons olive oil
75g soft goat cheese
½ avocado, thinly sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 lime, juice only

Preheat the sandwich press until the
green ‘READY’ light illuminates.
2.
Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the
outer sourdough bread slices with
olive oil and keeping the oiled sides
on the outside, fill with even amounts
of goat cheese, avocado, tomato
slices and lime juice.
3.
Place into the sandwich press and
close the lid for 3 minutes or until
golden brown.
