Troublehooting
Please check whether faults in the device can be assigned and rectified as described below:

Device not switched on.
Check that the device is connected to a suitable
power outlet and press the ON / OFF button.
Cable not connected correctly.
Check the location of the power cord at the
power outlet and on the device.
Socket not suitable or de-energized.
Check whether the socket used is suitable for
voltage and power and whether it is live. Note:
Work on house connections may only be carried
out by qualified personnel!
Power cable and / or power plug defective.
Caution: Risk of electric shock! Remove the mains
cable immediately from the socket!
Make sure the power cord is not reused!
Replace the power cord.
Router without function
Check router and router connection
Signal too weak
Move the device closer to the router
Network name or password changed
Set up the device again with the current data
Container empty
Feed damp or sticky
Wrong feed size
Check whether the dry food is the recommended
size of 3… 15mm.
Conveyor blocked
Remove the storage container and check whether
feed has settled in the conveyor unit.
Blocked outlet
Check for food or other objects blocking the
outlet.

Set up the device again with the current data.

Set up a corresponding share for the desired user.
Mobile device does not have internet access
Check that the mobile device has access to the
Internet and that the Tuya Smart App has the
necessary authorizations.
Limited functionality of the app
The app does not send any notifications
Night vision mode does not work
Set night vision mode in the app.
No function
No network connection
Food is not ejected
Unusually loud

The device is not
displayed in the Tuya
app or has limited
functions
Check in the settings of the mobile device whether
the app has the appropriate authorizations, e.g.
access to mobile data, pictures, microphone, etc.
Fill the storage container with suitable food.
