will start to count up (the down arrow in Fig.2A will change to an up
arrow which indicates that the timer is counting up. The max count-up
time is 4 hours once the browning timer has completed. To stop the
alarm on the transmitter and receiver, press the START/STOP button on
the transmitter. Note: The thermometer will keep alarming (5 seconds)
and the backlight will keep flashing (5 seconds) every minute.

1.4.2. Cooking process for low temperature cooking:
Start low temperature cooking: In the stand-by screen for low
temperature cooking (Fig.3), press the START/STOP button.
The cooking timer (for reference only) starts to run and the transmitter
transmits the signal to the receiver (it may take a few seconds) to
activate the low temperature cooking functions on the receiver. The
cooking timer stops at 00:00 when it has completed.
Oven and meat temperature: To check the oven and meat temperature,
press or button.
Alarm in Low Temperature Cooking: The thermometer (i.e. Transmitter
and receiver) will alarm and the backlight will be on (alarm and flashing
for 30 seconds) once the core temperature reaches the alarm
