1. Transmitter
1.1 ON/OFF
a). Turn on: Press button. The main menu will be shown on the screen.
b). Turn off:
Manually: Press button, “OFF” will be shown on the screen. The
transmitter will send the signal (transmitting rate = 3 seconds) to the
receiver, and the receiver will shut down (enter stand-by mode) as well
(Automatically).
Auto off: While the meat temperature (meat sensor) is lower than
50°C/122°F and there is no obvious temperature change (temperature
change <1°C), and there is no operation (timer or other button not
pressed) within about 10 minutes (±1 minute), the unit will enter stand-
by mode automatically.
1.2. Language selection
To enter the language setting mode: Turn on the transmitter and
remove its batteries. Press and hold the “START/STOP” button for 2
seconds while re-installing the batteries.
Then release the “START/STOP” button (DE = German, EN = English).
Select the language:Press or button to select the language.
Press “START/STOP” to confirm and enter the main menu.
1.3. Cooking modes (Low temperature cooking and regular cooking)
Select the cooking mode: In the main menu (Fig.1), press or
button to select the cooking mode.
English: LOW= low temperature cooking, REG = regular cooking,
TMR = Timer
