Opening if battery becomes discharged
If all the warnings have been ignored and the batteries have become completely flat,
then the only way to open the cylinders is by using the emergency power supply and
the authorised user key.
NOTICE
Unauthorised access through unlocked doors cannot be excluded.
After the door is opened using the emergency power supply, the battery (or batter-
ies) of the components must be replaced immediately as otherwise the door cannot
be locked.

NOTICE
Prevent damage to the emergency power supply.
The emergency power supply must not be turned in the cylinder, as turning may
damage it.
1.
1. Insert the emergency power supply into the cylinder.

2. Press and hold the push-button.

LED lights up red.
3. Insert the authorised user key as shown (clip towards door) into the emergency
power supply.
ð
The locking module is actuated.
ð
The locking module remains opened until the battery (or batteries) is (are) re-
placed.

4. Release the push-button and pull the emergency power supply out of the cylin-
der.
5.
5. Open the door using the user key.
6. Replace the battery (or batteries) immediately.

The locking module closes automatically after the battery (or batteries) is
(are) inserted.
7. Check the clock time and adjust if required.
