After a reaction time of 5 - 10 minutes (Note the instructions of
the cleaning agent manufacturer) rinse thoroughly with warm
water, so that no dirt or cleaning agent residue is left behind.

For rinsing the sealing at the worm drive, connect the water
hose to the water supply R 1/2“ (see picture 5) and rinse
whith potable water for about 15-20 seconts.

Before commissioning, rinse off the entire meat mincer with
potable water from a hose. Rinse out filling openings and worm
housing!

Dry off threads in worm housing with disposable paper towels.

As cleaning agent, a mixture of drinking water and cleaning agent
in the concentration recommended by the manufacturer is
permissible.

The following cleaning agents and disinfectants are
recommended: P3-topax 19, 2-3%, P3-topax 99, 1-2%. The
machine must be cleaned monthly or when a scale or protein
deposits must be removed with an acidic cleaning agent e.g. P3-
topax 56, 2-4%.
