[7] REMOVING THE PDP BLOCK

＊

After removing the chassis base.

1. Remove the

screws marked

as shown in Fig.7.

2. Withdraw the PDP BLOCK toward you.

＊

Replacement of the PDP BLOCK should be performed by2 or
more persons.

CAUTION : Do not damage the gas inlet

！

If the gas inlet is damaged, the PDP UNIT must be replaced.
So extreme care should be taken not to damage the gas
inlet when you remove the PDP UNIT.

[8] REMOVING THE OPTICAL FILTER

After removing the PDP BLOCK.

1. Remove the

screws marked

as shown in Fig.8.

2. Remove the

screws marked

attaching the CONTROL

PANEL as shown in Fig.8.

3. Withdraw the OPTICAL FILTER with flame toward you.

[9] REMOVING THE PW BOARD

After removing the optical filter.

FRONT CONTROL PWB

1. Remove the

screws marked

as shown in Fig.8.

2. Remove the FRONT CONTROL PWB from CONTROL

PANEL.

LED PWB

1. Remove the

screws marked

as shown in Fig.8.

2. Then remove the LED PWB from optic al panel.

WIRE CLAMPING AND CABLE TYING

1. Be sure to clamp the wire.
2. Never remove the c able tie used for tying the wires together.

Should it be inadvertently removed, be sure to tie the wires
with a new cable tie.
