Fit the assembled individual parts back in
the dual spout and press it firmly.

Refit the cover of the dual spout.
Inserting/changing the filter
Your ENA no longer must be descaled if you are
using the CLEARYL Smart / Smart mini filter
cartridge.

Once the filter cartridge stops working
(depending on the water hardness setting),
the ENA will prompt you to change the filter.

CLEARYL Smart / Smart mini filter cartridges
are available from specialized dealers.
Precondition:
The start screen is displayed. (If the
filter needs to be changed, the
$
symbol is also
displayed.)

Remove and empty the water tank.
T
Remove the used filter cartridge from the
water tank.

Fit the filter cartridge extension on top of a
new
CLEARYL Smart / Smart mini filter
cartridge.
T
Insert the filter cartridge with its extension
into the water tank.
T
Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water and
reinsert the tank.
The machine has automatically detected
that you have just inserted/changed the filter
cartridge.
‘Filter is being rinsed’
, the filter is rinsed.
Water flows directly into the drip tray.
The start screen is displayed. Your ENA is
once more ready for use.
Cleaning the machine
After 160 preparations or 80 switch-on rinses, the
ENA will prompt you to clean it.

Non-recommended (e.g. liquid) cleaning agents
may contain substances that could damage the
machine or leave residues.

Use only original JURA cleaning tablets.
These are specially formulated for your
machine.
