8.11.1 - Chain tension
adjustment
In the adjustment, loosen the
nut (“c”Fig. 064), adjust the tensioner
set “d” until getting the ideal tension
and re- tighten the nut “c”.
The non observation of this
information can cause damages to
the transmission system.
8.11.2- Seed Distributor Gear
The seed distribution gear system has in the ratchet shaft two gears,
one of them is 25 teeth and other is 17teeth for a greater distribution of
seeds, as you will verify in the chart.
To use the wanted driving loosen the chain tensioner, move away the
proof rubbers and align the chain with the stipulated gearings, reposition the
proof rubbers and tension the chain tighting the tensioner.
8.11.3 - Fertilizer distributor gear
The driving system of fertilizer distribution gear has in the ratchet
shaft , two gears, low drive speed17x 33 driven and for driven high speed 33x
drive 17, that should be used according to the wanted quantity of fertilizer to
be distributed by Ha.
To use the wanted driving loosen the chain tensioner, move away the
proof rubbers and align the chain with the stipulated gearings, reposition the
proof rubbers and tension the chain tighting the tensioner.
8.12 - Planting Units Driving
The planting units driving is
made through the shaft (“a”Fig.065)
and gearboxes “b” interlinked by the
pto shaft “c”, that drives the seed
distributor through a chain.
