8.5 - Fertilizer Depth Adjustment
The set of fertilizer depth adjustment is composed of fixation support
set of the rod, oscillating guide of adjustment, adjustment set with triple
springs which act straight on the double disc or deep furrower.
The triple springs (internal, intermediate, external) that allow to
determine the wanted adjustment, being able for each case to use one, two
or three springs according to the soil conditions or agriculturist’s option.
Internal spring .................... Light soils
Intermediate spring ............ Medium soils
External spring .................. Heavy soils
8.4.2 - Retractable deep furrower
The set of deep fertilizing furrower(“b”Fig.038) posses system of fuse
bolt (“b”Fig. 038)that allows the disarmament of the furrower stem when
finding a resistant obstacle in the planting row.
The fertilizer is conducted for the wanted depth through of the allowed
adjustment by the fertilizer conductor .
