7.7 - Fertilizer Unit
Your EX2980 PD- PANTOGRÁFICA , has a new system of articulate
arm for the furrower elements, in other words, double disc or furrower where
the fixation claw with double brace assembled in the toolbar (“a” Fig. 029)
sustains the short or long support arm (“b” Fig.029), articulate through an
exclusive system of conical
bushes that assures larger
stability to the f ertilizer
elements.
To change the system
of double disc for furrower or
vice versa, remove the screws
(“c” Fig.029), substitute the
fertilizer element and replace
the screws.
In the double disc
support, and or f urrower
support as shows the (“b” Fig.
029) there are two holes for
fixation of the fertilizer cover kit.

Position the wheel set and
couple it with the pin (“a”), loosen the
nut (“b”Fig.028) verifying that the
wheel set must articulate freely, soon
after, lock the nut with the lock nut
(“c”Fig.028). To place the vertical
spring (“d” Fig.028), raise the planter
through the hydraulic command of
the tractor, position the spring in the
lodging of the wheel set and the
enough to fit it in the lodging of the
seeder unit.
