10.7 - Maintenance Check List
Periodically should be made a revision in your equipment, because it
is of extreme importance for an equipment perfect operation and a work
without interruptions. In the items below we suggest the points to be revised.
REVIEW
Make the general squeeze of the machine again.
Substitute the damage greases.
Substitute the damage air hoses.
Change the disc insert from each 500 to 100 hectares/ row.
Remove the remains of fertilizer from the boxes.
Remove the remains of seeds from the boxes.
Verify the conditions of the bearings and substitute them, if necessary.
Substitute damaged or lost cotter and steel locks
Change bearings and articulation bushes with natural wearing.
Substitute the damaged plastic screen from the seed distributor box.
Make the cleaning inside the seed distributor box with steel sponge.
Substitute the damaged cleaners of the seeder double discs and fertilizer
Substitute the damaged cleaners of cutting disc of the direct planting.
Verify the chain tension of the mechanic row marker and adjust them if necessary.
Verify the driving chain tension and adjust them if necessary.
Verify the driving chain condition and tension of the turbofan.
