any parts.

–  Check that all blade guards are intact and correctly

mounted, with enough distance to the blade.

–  Check that the log cradle automatically returns to the

home position.

–  Check that the power cord, plug and power switch are

undamaged. Electrical parts must only be repaired by
an authorised electrician.

– Check that the saw blade stops no more than

10 seconds after the motor is switched off.

HOW TO USE

     WARNING!
Risk of personal injury as a result of pieces of wood being
ejected

1.  Connect the saw to the mains.
2.  Press the power switch marked

I

3.   Start the saw and wait until the motor has reached full

speed.

4.   Place a log in the log cradle.
5.   Cut the log by moving the log cradle towards the blade.

Keep both hands on the log cradle handle.

–  Do not push so hard that the speed of the motor is

reduced.

–  Press the log cradle forwards all the way to the stop.

4.  Move the log cradle all the way back to the home position.

     NOTE:
If the log is not cut off completely, turn it over and saw from the

6.  Switch off the saw by pressing the switch marked

0

.

     NOTE:
•

Check before sawing that there are no foreign objects such
as nails or screws, in the wood to be cut.

•

Crooked logs should be placed in the log cradle with the
curved side towards the saw blade.

•

Do not lock down the log to be cut.

•

Do not try to brake the blade by pressing the log against
the side of the blade.

•

 Only use sharp saw blades.

•

Never cut bundles of wood or several logs at the same
time. The saw blade can eject pieces that can cause
personal injury.

MAINTENANCE

     NOTE:
•

Switch off the product, pull out the plug and wait until all
moving parts have completely stopped before cleaning
and/or maintenance.

•

Check that all safety devices function correctly after
maintenance.

•

Only use parts and accessories recommended by the
manufacturer, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury
and/or material damage.

CLEANING

Blow clean the saw with compressed air, or extract sawdust with
a dust extractor.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

At intervals of 50 working hours:

– Check all screw unions. Retighten if necessary. The log

cradle and log cradle stop should move.

– Check the assembly, wear and sharpness of the blade.

– Remove any deposits on the inside of the saw blade.
