SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

 

Read these instructions carefully before use!

 

WARNING! 

 

Read through all the instructions before using the product. 

 

Save these instructions for future reference. 

 

The product should be assembled by an adult. 

 

It is the responsibility of the product owner to ensure that all persons using the product have been 
informed about all the instructions for use. 

 

The product is intended for use in the home. The product must not be used commercially, for rental 
purposes, or for institutional use. 

 

Use the product indoors in a dry and dust-free, stable area with a level surface and sufficiently 
large surrounding area. Make sure that there is enough space for you to safely use the product and 
move around it. 

 

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the product is maintained in proper working order. 
After assembling the product, and before using it each time, you should check that the attachment 
parts are properly tensioned and do not stick out. Check the parts most exposed to wear and tear. 

 

If the product is damaged when unpacked, return it to Jula. 

 

Do not store the product in a damp area (by the edge of a swimming pool, in a bathroom, etc.). 

 

Do not wear loose-fitting clothes that can fasten in the equipment. Remove all your jewellery.  

 

Put your hair up so it is out of the way when doing the exercises. 

 

If you feel pain or dizzy when doing the exercises, stop immediately and rest, and then seek 
medical attention. 

 

Always store the product out of the reach of children and pets. 

 

Do not tamper with the product. 

 

Try to keep your back muscles relaxed when doing the exercises. 

 

Always assemble/dismantle the product with due care and attention. 

 

Check that the screws are properly tightened each time the product is used. 

 

Incorrect use of this product can cause serious personal injury. 

 

Do not allow children to use this equipment. Keep them at a safe distance from it. 

 

If the label is damaged, illegible or missing, it must be replaced by a new one. 

 

Keep your hands, feet and hair away from moving parts. 

 

Recommended maximum weight to use the equipment: 110 kg. 

NOTE! 

Before starting this training programme you should contact a doctor to ensure that you have no 
contraindications. This is especially important for persons over 35 years and persons with previous health 
problems. Read the instructions before use. Jula cannot be held liable for any physical injuries or damage
