CAUTION !

HANDLE THE PANELS USING THE WHITE COTTON GLOVES 

SUPPLIED. SKIN OILS CAN ETCH THE GLASS SURFACE AND 

FINGER PRINTS CAN BE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE.

1.  Remove the glass frame.

2.  Lift the Burner Skirt & Tray assembly out of the firebox 

as a unit. Tilt the assembly to ease it through the 

firebox opening.

3.  Lift the right end of the burner up enough to 

disengage it from the Burner Bracket and slide it out 

from the air shutter. See figs. 14 and 15, pages 16-17.

4.  Use a 10 mm socket to remove the left and right 

burner bracket nuts. Remove the Burner Bracket from 

the firebox. See fig. 23.

5.  Bend the two upper rear tabs down enough to 

position the rear glass panel behind each and against 

the back wall. You will need to first lift the bottom 

edge of the glass panel up and over the pilot assembly 

and then lift the panel up behind the tabs to seat it on 

the back ledge. See fig. 24.

6.  Bend the two upper forward tabs down enough to 

position the side panels behind them and against the 

side walls. 

7.  Press each retainer tab back up against the glass to 

lock the panels in position.

8.  Replace the Burner Bracket and secure with the nuts.
9.  Replace the Burner within the air shutter and Burner 

Bracket.  Be sure to engage the burner slot with the 

right side of the burner bracket. Properly positioned, 

the burner will be immovable from side-to-side.

10. Replace the Burner Skirt and Tray assembly. 
11. Replace the glass frame and re-engage the frame 

latches.
