4.3.3. Jog Mode
Jog mode manually controls the system movement using the joysticks.
NOTE:
Jog mode is the default selection when the system is first activated.
When a raster arm is connected
(see “Raster Arm Module” on page 51)
, both
the crawler and raster information is displayed
(Fig. 52)
. When a raster arm is
not connected, only the crawler information is displayed
(Fig. 53)
.
Scan/Rapid Button:
(Fig. 54-1)
Used to quickly switch between crawler
speeds. The speed in either mode can be manually set to the users
preference. Rapid mode also changes the steering sensitivity according to the
user settings.
TIP:
Fine adjustments of speed and steering can be made in the User Settings (see
“User Settings Screen” on page 35).
