INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALLER
The CICLON waste disposer has been designed to allow the installation and drainage of fixed WC (T-501) and/or
bathroom facilities formed by WC + one (T-502) or two sanitary appliances (T-503) in non-usual places

. These
facilities can be placed far and / or at different level of flush, provided that this flush is placed at a maximum
horizontal distance of 52 m or at a maximum vertical distance of 5 m, or a combination of both as described in this
manual

CONNECTING OUTLET:
Glue the non-return valve
(D1)
to the Ø32 PVC pipe avoiding the glue fall inside, avoiding
its closing, screw the set over the outlet.
It is not recommended the installation of inclined sections or 90° elbows, instead, outlet should first cover vertical
distance and afterwards horizontal one, with 1% slope which makes water flow by gravity, 45° elbows are
recommended for turns on the installation.

To prevent water siphoning from the outlet pipe when discharge point is below the lifting station level, it is
recommended to install an aireation valve (Jimten type A-69) on the highest point of the outlet pipe.

When a shower tray or bathtub is installed (only in T-503 / T-502), waste outlet should be at a minimum height of 18
cm to prevent water returns to the unit.
According to the low voltage electro-technical regulations, it is recommended that the power plug is placed at the
minimum distance of 1m from any water source.
CONNECTING LATERAL INLETS:
The CICLON sanitary waste disposer is supplied with 2 side intets T-503 or 1
side intet T-502 (lateral) with nut and conical joint connections which allows to install 40 mm pipes.
To connect, unscrew 1

over the pipe, fit it on the mounted conical joint

and screw.
INSTALLING:
The waste disposer unit must be placed right behind the lavatory, it should never be installed in wall-
embedded installations, behind walls, etc, which avoid the correct ventilation of motor, which incorporates a self-
ventilating mechanism

SANITARY APPLIANCES:
The CICLON FIT 3 / FIT 2 waste disposer is prepared to connect a single lavatory
CICLON FIT 2 or up to 2 sanitary appliances CICLON FIT 3, from the following ones: washbasin, shower, bidet or
urinal. It does not allow connecting other electric powered appliances such as washing machines or dish washing
machines, equipped with pumping devices which may interfere the correct working of the unit

The waste disposer must be installed to be easily accessible for maintenance or cleaning works

The unit has a Caset system which requires 22 cm free height over the lifting station so it can be disassembled.
The waste disposer cannot be installed concealed inside walls or in any way that avoids free ventilation of the motor
through the top of the caset cover.
The waste disposer has a 2 year warranty, always if it is installed according to this manual. The unit does not require
any special maintenance, although in need for service, the operation should be done by an authorized technician.

The CICLON waste disposer complies with the requirements for CE marking, according to Applus.
Complies with applicable European norms EN-12050-2, according to LGA Qualitest GMBH (LGA Certificate) and

INSTRUCTIONS TO FINAL USER
USE:
Once it is installed the waste disposer does not need a special maintenance in normal working conditions.
Water entering in the sanitary macerator will switch it on, and the unit will itself stop. To avoid other waste elements
such as: hairs, food waste, lighted cigarettes, etc.

It is allowed to pump very hot water ( up to 70 °C for short
periods of time). No corrosive liquid (acids, dissolvent, oils, paints, can be evacuated through the lifting station as
they may affect it. When the sanitary macerator is left alone for a long term or the installation is isolated, it is
recommended to close all cock stop valves before the sanitary appliances to prevent risk of leakage. In areas with
risk of frost, it is recommended to protect the water pipes with heat isolation and anti-freeze liquids for plumbing.
