2.1- Clearance Opening
Attention:
It is the client's responsibility to plan the planting in order to obey the correct spacing for the
harvesting.
It is prohibited to feed the harvester manually.
JF is not responsible for for the inadequate use of the equipment. The harvester must be used
only in the way described in this manual, any other procedure must be avoided.
For using this harvester in other crops, please contact JF.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE WIDTH:
2,50 meters (this measurement can vary
based on the tractor and tires used.
It is very important to previously plan the clearance openings widths necessary for entering with
the tractor and harvester assembly in the harvesting area.
Remember, the harvester was not designed to be loaded manually, as this procedures
exposes involved people to hazards and can cause a serious accident.
Whenever, it is necessary to manually open the dirt road, harvest crops lying on the
ground etc., use one of the JF stationary shredders, for example, the JF 60 Maxxium.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO INSERT MATERIAL MANUALLY IN
THE HARVESTER.
CORRECT:
ALWAYS USE THE JF SHREDDER
WHENEVER IT IS NECESSARY TO
MANUALLY INSERT CROP MATERIALS
WRONG:
NEVER TRY TO INSERT THE
HARVESTER MANUALLY.
