Place a second row of coals, using the smaller, oval shaped type, in a rearward
pointing, near vertical way so that the bottom of these coals touch the coals in the
first row and they are resting in the valleys created by the protrusions of the centre
back coal panel.
There should be a gap of between 5 to 10 mm between these coals.
