Enclosed Systems
If your blower is installed in an Enclosure, locate and level enclosure and place in
location where the blower intake is not obstructed.
The air intake, located on the
bottom of the enclosure, must be a minimum of 10” (250mm) off the floor and away
from any other obstruction. The high vacuum created at the intake can easily aspirate
water and debris if the enclosure is less than 10” (250mm) off the floor resulting in a
prematurely plugged or saturated filter and subsequent blower damage.
Enclosure should be positioned allowing for front panel door swing, easy controls
access and an unobstructed air passage for blower outlet on rear of enclosure.
