Low Flow, Pressure or Vacuum, Amps are
lower than expected
• Impeller is rotating backwards. Correct
Rotation is counterclockwise when looking
at intake impeller. Change impeller
rotation by switching any two power leads
between Motor and AC DRIVE.
• Dirty Filter.
• Collapsed Flex Hose or Piping.
• Damaged Impeller.
• Closed Butterfly Valve.
• Undersized Piping/Hose volume.
• Air Leakage.
• Loose V-Clamp.
• Obstructed air inlet.
• Change Motor Speed. Check Para. 101.
Irregular Noise
• Indicates cavitation of blower from
blockages or restrictions on either intake
or outlet sides of blower (blower will
overheat and cause premature failure)
• Leakage in piping.
• Cracked hoses.
• Loose bolts on mounts.
• Vibrations from other machines.
• Blocked Intake or Exhaust
