PRODUCT’S PRESENTATION

This tool is designed to perform cutting tasks in a wide

variety of materials and can be used for multiple appli-

cations. Its design allows a fast and convenient blade

change by means of its toolless collet sleeve, as well

as a variable cutting speed to better adapt to the ope-

ration to be performed. Moreover, it comes equipped

with a wood cutting saw blade and a metal cutting saw

blade.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all ins-

tructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instruc-

tions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/

or serious injury.

•  Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches

and any other conditions that may affect its ope

-

ration.

•

Do not operate the tool in the presence of flam

-

mable liquids, gases or dust.

•  Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewelry and tighten long hair.

•  Avoid an accidental starting. Disconnect the bat-

tery from the tool and place the switch in the loc-

ked or off position before making any adjustments,

changing accessories, or storing the tool.

•  Keep the tool and its handle dry, clean and free

from oil and grease.

•  Always wear eye and respiratory protection.

•  Hold the tool by the insulated grip surface when

performing an operation where the tool may come

in contact with the hidden wiring. Contact with a

“live” wire will make exposed metal parts of the

tool “live” and shock the operator.

•  Make sure all keys and adjusting wrenches are re-

moved from the tool before switching it on to avoid

them to fly away at high velocity.

•  Never start the saw with the blade contacting any

surface to prevent the tool to bounce and avoid

any body injury.

•  Always let the tool to stop completely before pu-

tting it down, otherwise, it is likely to jerk when it

contacts any surface.

•  Never use a cracked or distorted saw blade. Only

use sharp blades.

•  Never use your hands to remove sawdust, chips

or waste near the blade.

•

Do not attempt to free a jammed blade before first

switching off the machine. Do not slow or stop a

blade with a piece of wood or other objects.

ASSEMBLY

Installing and removing saw blades

To remove an old blade, turn the toolless collet sleeve

by hand anticlockwise until you can pull the blade out.

To install a new blade:

1. Turn the collet sleeve anticlockwise to its end by

hand.

2. Insert the new blade into the collet as far as it will

go.

3. Release the collet sleeve and lightly pull the blade

outwards to make sure it is locked in place.

Shoe adjustment

This tool is equipped with a quick wrench system,

which allows a fast and convenient shoe adjustment:

1. Pull the lever at the underside the front rubber grip

outwards.

2. Pull or push the shoe to a desired position.

3. Pull the lever inwards to the initial position to se-

Switching On/Off

To turn it on, push the lock-off button to either side of

the tool and slowly depress the trigger switch.

To turn it off, fully release the trigger switch.

NOTE! The trigger switch can be used as a variable

speed control mechanism. The higher the pressu-

re on the trigger switch, the higher will be the cutting

speed, while light pressure on the trigger results in a

low speed.
