SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The electric oil drum pump is only suitable for conveying diesel oil and kerosene.
It is strictly forbidden to:
•
Use the pump when there is no liquid in the tank
• Put the oil gun in an unattended state to avoid oil spillage.
•
Use the pump for water, gasoline, alcohol, liquefied gas and other flammable and explosive liquids.
When suspending the oil delivery, please pull out the plug to avoid abnormal start, resulting in oil spill.
The continuous working time shall not exceed 2 hours.

OPERATION
1.
Connect all the fittings correctly and ensure that they are sealed.
2.
Place the suction pipe into the oil tank.
3. Place the oil gun in the oil container.
4. Connect the power supply and start the motor.
5.
Press the gun trigger to refuel.
6.
After refueling, hang up the oil gun.
Notes:
When the last refueling is completed, it is necessary to return the last single count to zero.
After the oil is delivered, please make sure the oil gun and pump are off. If not used for a long time, please dis-
connect.
MAINTENANCE
Clean the filter regularly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

1. Motor does not turn
The power cord has no electricity
Check the power transmission line

2. Motor does not pump
The inlet pipe is not immersed in the oil
Check the inlet pipe
Blade wear or damage, no vacuum

3.The counter doesn’t work

Whether the last refueling is zero
Make sure to return to zero before each
refueling
Damage for the oscillating disc of the gauge
Replacement of the oscillating disc of the gauge
4. Oil flow is small
Dirty filter
Clean the filter
