Mounting the JBL PROFLORA pH Control Touch measurement and control device
First attach the mounting bar in a horizontal position to the desired position on the wall near
the aquarium, using the two screws supplied.
Then line up the mount at the back of the device with the top edge of the bar and, by
pushing the front gently, click the device into place. (It can be easily taken off the mounting
bar at any time by sliding it out laterally.)
Installing the sensors and connecting to the power supply
Connect the plug of the pH sensor and the temperature sensor with the corresponding
connections on the appliance. Do not install the two sensors in the aquarium until
calibration has been carried out. Connect the JBL PROFLORA v002 solenoid valve provided
to the pH control device using its connecting cable. The connection on the device is marked
with “valve”. Any previous power supply unit for the solenoid valve is no longer required. All
connectors and plugs on the device as well as on the sensors and cables are configured in
such a way that an incorrect connection is not possible.
Plug the universal power supply unit into a nearby power socket and insert the plug on the
cable into the socket labelled 12 DC on the device.
