Precautions to be taken in Operation
1.
Do not proceed to the operation of equipment before thoroughly
reading the operation manual.
2.
This equipment requires the licenses to operate a radio station and to
be engaged in radio operations.
You need obtain both radio station and radio operator licenses to
operate the equipment.
3.
Except for maintenance inspection, do not unnecessarily open the
equipment in the interior nor touch any internal parts and adjustable
portions.
4.
The equipment employs a 100V AC(220V AC) power source in the
interior. Touching an internal part, therefore, may cause you to suffer
from an electric shock.
100V position for 85VAC to 132VAC.
220V position for 170VAC to 264VAC
Do not open the equipment in the interior nor touch any internal parts
inadvertently.
5.
The equipment is powered at 100V AC. (or 220V AC as switched) or
at 13.6V DC. To apply any voltage other than these, it is necessary to
provide a converter.
6.
With the dc power applied, do not mistake positive and negative poles
upon connection. Check and ensure the drawing. [DC IN] (J101) has
No. 2 Terminal positive and No. 1 negative.
7.
With the ac power applied, check to know whether the power available
is rated at 100 volts or 220 volts. To this voltage, set the selector switch
located on the back.
8.
Avoid locating the equipment at a hot and highly humid place or
exposed to the direct sunlight.
9.
Should the equipment unfortunately fail, or if you place an order or
make an inquiry for an optional accessory or accessories, please make
