Place an applique on the fabric and baste it in place or
use a fusible web to secure the applique in place.
Guide the applique fabric, so that the needle falls off the
edge of the applique when the needle swings to the right.
(A): The pattern number 051 in mode 2 has a fixed left
needle drop position. When you change the stitch
width, the right needle drop position will change.
(B): The patterns number 036 to 038, and 050 in mode 2
have a fixed center needle drop position.
The stitch width changes symmetrically.
(C): The patterns number 039 to 047 in mode 2 have
a fixed right needle drop position. When you change
the stitch width, the left needle drop position will
change.
(D): The patterns number 048 to 049 in mode 2 have
a variable position.
When you change the stitch width, the stitch width
will not change but the position of the stitch pattern.
(D) Adjustable patterns
NOTE:
The stitch width of the pattern 048 (mode 2) is 3.5.
The stitch width of the pattern 049 (mode 2) is 2.0.
