800-DI14 module
CAUTION
Risk of injury or damage to the meter due to high
measurement currents at the connections of the
current transformers!
High measuring currents can cause temperatures of
up to 80 °C (176 °F) at the connections of the current
transformers/current sensors.
·
Use wiring that is designed for an operating
temperature of at least 80 °C (176 °F)!
·
The current transformers can be hot even after
the power supply has been switched off. Allow
the connections of the current transformers
and the connecting cables to cool down before
touching them!
CAUTION
Risk of injury or damage to the basic device (mod-
ule) and/or your system due to a short circuit!
Inadequate insulation at the current measurement in-
puts of the modules with respect to the supply circuits
of the basic device can cause dangerous voltages
at the measurement input or damage to your device
(module)/system.
·
Ensure reinforced or double insulation with
respect to the supply circuits!
