18.00 Advanced Channel Control

18.10 Setting Channels to Ignore Crossfade Timing

When a timed crossfade is being used it can be useful to set some channels to ignore
the timing information. For example, you might want to snap change a colour
scroller while slowly fading the intensity.

18.11 To Set Channels to Ignore Timing:

Press the Setup button to open the Setup Menu.

Move the cursor to the UTIL (Utilities) field.

Press the

 (On) button to open the Set Utilities menu.

Move the cursor to the PREC (Precedence) field.

Press the 

1

 (On) button to open the Setup Precedence menu.

Move the cursor to the CHAN# field and set a start channel number.

Move the cursor to the THRU (Through) field and set  an end channel
number.

Move the cursor to the PREC field and set it to LAST.

Repeat steps        to       for any other channels or groups  of channels.

Press Exit to close this menu (press Exit several times to close all menus).

TIP:

If you just want to set one channel, leave this field the same as the CHAN# field.
