9.2.1 CALIBRATE PEDAL _______________________________________________________
To calibrate the traction pedal, press forward or backward on the joystick until
the CALIBRATE PEDAL? screen is on the LDU. With traction pedal in the
Neutral position, press the LDU button to enter the set mode.
Press the traction pedal until the pedal contacts the forward pedal stop. Check
the value shown on the LDU. Adjust the forward pedal stop until the value
shown on the LDU is between 200 and 205. Press the LDU button.
Press the traction pedal until the pedal contacts the reverse pedal stop. Check
the value shown on the LDU. Adjust the reverse pedal stop until value shown
on the LDU is between 200 and 205. Press the LDU button. Pedal calibration is
complete.
9.2.2 MAXIMUM MOW SPEED ____________________________________________________
To set the maximum mow speed, press forward or backward on the joystick until the
SET MAX MOW SPEED? screen is shown on the LDU. Press the LDU button to enter
the set mode. Press backward on the joystick to increase or press forward on the
joystick to decrease the maximum mow speed. Press the LDU button to set the speed.
The maximum mow speed is adjustable between 3 and 11 mph (4.8 and 12.8 km/hr) in
0.2 mph (0.3 km/hr) steps. The maximum mow speed is set at 7 mph (11.3 km/hr) at the
factory.
9.2.3 TRAVEL SPEED
To set the maximum travel speed, press forward or backward on the joystick until the
SET TRAVEL SPEED? screen is shown on the LDU. Press the LDU button to enter the
set mode. Press backward on the joystick to increase or press forward on the joystick
to decrease the maximum travel speed. Press the LDU button to set the speed.
The maximum travel speed is adjustable between 3 and 12 mph (4.8 and 19.3 km/hr) in
0.2 mph (0.3 km/hr) steps. The maximum travel speed is set at 10 mph (16.1 km/hr) at
the factory.
NOTICE
Before you accept and move to the next screen, check the value shown
on the LDU. The maximum value accepted by the LDU is 216, for both the
forward and reverse setting. If the value is greater than 216, check pedal
for the correct pedal stop adjustment before you continue.
