Setup
Assembly of control panel
Insert thread part of the
•
control panel (11) into the
connecting pipe (4).
Fix the control panel (11),
•
by turning the connecting
pipe (4).
Connecting the hoses
Suction hose
The suction hose is connected to the unit using
threaded connecting pipe (not available in this set),
which is threaded into the
thread orifice of suction
socket (4).
Ensure that the suction
pipe is hermetic; this will
prevent air blocking and
secure normal operation
of the machine.
Pressure hose
The pressure hose is connected
to the unit using threaded
connecting pipe (not available
in this set), which is threaded
into the thread orifice of
pressure socket (1).
Suction and pressure sockets
have pipe thread of 33,3
mm (1 G). It is necessary to
take this in account when
choosing connecting pipes for hoses. When using
connecting pipes of different dimensions it is
necessary to use appropriate adapters that are
able to provide impermeability of the connection.
Only a hose equipped with the back valve can be
used as a suction fitting. It is advisable to use a
hose equipped with a filter element.
Accessories and spare parts
Use only accessories and spare parts approved by
the manufacturer. Trouble free operation of the
device can be assured through the use of original
accessories and spare parts.
Initial operation
The connected hoses must be:
quite short;
•
must have quite a big diameter;
•
must be aligned evenly;
•
must not be rumpled or tied like knot.
•
Before operation, it is necessary to fill
the pump with water. Do not operate
the unit without water
Switching On/Off
Switching on
Set the switch (10) to the “ON”
position.
Switching off
Set the switch (10) to the
“OFF” position.
Operating instruction
The maximum pumping-out height must not
•
exceed 8 meters.
If you are going to pump in dirty liquids, it is
•
neces sary to install a filter.
Grease and abrasive particles can lower
•
the produc tion of the pump, also can make it
inoperable.
The end of suction hose must always be
•
immersed into the liquid, so as to not allow air to
be sucked in the hose. If the hose’s weight is not
sufficient, then it is necessary to increase its weight
artificially or lock it in.
Control panel
On the control panel there are indicators (2), which
show the unit’s condition, and pumping-in restart
button (3).
The red indicator Alarm emits warning signals
•
if there are problems with pumping-out. If the
indicator is blink ing, then the unit’s operation must
be stopped to fix the pumping-out problem.
The yellow indicator “Pump on” gets on when
•
the unit is turned on, also it signalizes of the
pumping-out being done. If there is a trouble with
the operation (obstruc tion of the socket), then the
unit is stopped and the indi cator turns off.
Green indicator “Power on” turns on when the
•
unit is connected to the power source.
Button (3) (Restart) is for restarting the pumping-
