Manuale di istruzioni
Un manutenzione periodica è necessaria per mantenere
il generatore in buone condizioni operative. La tabella
indica gli interventi da effettuare nel tempo.
ATTENZIONE! I gas di scarico contengono
monossido di carbonio. Spegnere il
generatore prima di ogni operazione
di manutenzione. Se il motore deve
essere per forza acceso, assicurarsi che
l’ambiente sia ben ventilato.
NOTA: utilizzare solo parti di ricambio IVT. L’utilizzo di
ricambi non adeguati puo’ danneggiare la macchina.
Sostituzione olio motore [F5]
(GN-2200B; GN-2700B; GN-3300B; GN-5500B;
GN-6500B)
Svuotare l’olio dal motore quando questo è caldo per
assicurare un drenaggio rapido e completo.
1. Rimuovere il tappo per il drenaggio olio (8), la
rondella, il tappo olio (7) e scaricare l’olio.
2. Inserire il tappo per il drenaggio olio (8) e la
rondella. Stringere il tappo.
3. Riempire con olio raccomandato fino al livello
massimo.
ATTENZIONE! L’olio usato puo’
causare il cancro alla pelle se vi è un
contatto prolungato. Anche se questo
è improbabile, a meno che non vi sia
un contatto quotidiano, è comunque
consigliabile lavare accuratamente le
mani con acqua e sapone non appena
possibile, dopo qualsiasi eventuale
contatto con olio usato.
Si prega di smaltire l’olio usato in un modo che sia
compatibile con l’ambiente. Vi suggeriamo di utilizzare
un contenitore sigillato e portarlo presso una stazione
di servizio o centro di riciclaggio per la bonifica. Non
gettarlo nella spazzatura o versarlo sul terreno.
Manutenzione filtro aria (12) [F6]
Il filtro dell’aria (12), se sporco, riduce la quantità d’aria
nel carburatore. Per prevenire problemi di carburazione,
pulire costantemente il filtro specialmente se si utilizza il
generatore in ambienti polverosi.
ATTENZIONE! Usare benzina o
solventi infiammabili per la pulizia del
filtro puo’ essere pericoloso in quanto
si possono causare incendi.
Usare solo saponi liquidi o solventi
non infiammabili.
Nota: non avviare il generatore se il filtro dell’aria
(12) non è montato: il motore potrebbe usurarsi
molto rapidamente.
1. Sbloccare i blocchi coperchio filtro aria (17),
rimuovere la copertura e quindi il filtro.
2. Lavare il filtro con detergente e acqua calda e
quindi risciacquare abbondantemente oppure utilizzare
solventi non infiammabili. Lasciare asciugare il filtro.
3. Immergere il filtro nell’olio motore pulito e far uscire
l’olio in eccesso. Se il motore all’avvio produrrà molto
fumo, cio’ indicherà una quantità eccessiva di olio nel filtro.
4. Inserire il filtro nell’apposito alloggio e quindi
bloccare il coperchio.
Pulizia filtro carburante (18) [F7]
Il filtro carburante (18), impedisce allo sporco o all’acqua,
che possono essere presenti nel serbatoio del carburante,
di entrare nel carburatore. Se il motore non è stato utilizzato
per un lungo periodo, il filtro deve essere pulito.
1. Chiudere la valvola del carburante (11) . Rimuovere
il filtro (18) e l’anello.
2. Pulire il filtro con un solvente non infiammabile.
3. Rimontare il filtro (18) con l’anello.
4. Aprire la valvola del carburante (11) e controllare
eventuali perdite.
Manutenzione candela [F8]
Per un corretto funzionamento, la candela deve essere
opportunamente installata e libera da depositi creati
dalla combustione.
Fare attenzione a non toccare la marmitta calda.
1. Rimuovere il tappo della candela (19).
2. Pulire la base della candela.
3. Usare la chiave della candela per svitare la candela.
4. Ispezionare a vista la candela. Se questa presenta
punti di rottura o crepe, sostituirla. Se invece puo’
essere riutilizzata, pulirla con una spazzola di ferro.
5. Misurare lo spazio dell’elettrodo. Correggerlo, se
necessario, con attenzione. Il divario dovrebbe essere:
0,70-0,80 millimetri.
6. Controllare che la rondella della candela sia in
buone condizioni e quindi riavvitare la candela nella sua
sede con le mani per evitare di danneggiare la filettatura.
7. Serrare la candela con l’apposita chiave fino
