1. Assemble the fastening on a stable and sturdy support. The size of the support should be
adequate for the fastening.
2. Place the fastening vertically, using the alternative holes to the two central holes, if necessary,
as shown in figure (2).
3. Tighten the bolts (3) enough to support the weight of the unit, without bending the fastening.
Take special care if the support is an angle instead of a tube.
4.
Thread the screws M6 DIN 6921 (4) on the fastening, leaving enough space to fit the fastening
eye mountings of the set (5).
5. After assembling the fastening set on the machine (6), slide the receiver along the rails down to
the end (7).
6. Finally, tighten the screws M6 DIN 6921 (8) with a no. 10 flat spanner.
5.1.2. MAGNETIC FASTENING (OPTIONAL)
1. Thread the screws M6 DIN 6921 (3) on the fastening, leaving enough space to fit the fastening
eye mountings of the set (4)
2. Place the magnetic fastening (2) on the metal structure of the machine (1) WITH A MINIMUM
THICKNESS OF 4 MM and where the four magnets contact the flat surface.
3. After assembling the fastening set on the machine (5), slide the receiver along the rails down to
the end (6)
4. Finally, tighten the screws M6 DIN 6921 (7) with a no. 10 flat spanner.
