Lift drum and side track assembly
onto vehicle.
THIS IS A MINIMUM TWO
PERSON JOB.
CHECK THAT
- the unit is sitting square on the
vehicle’s tub.
- the rubber lips on the side tracks
are not caught up.
- the rubber flap at the end of the
drum is not caught between the
drum and the front of the tub. The
flap should hang between the tub
and cab.
-If the cabin end of the tub sits
lower than the sides, apply foam
tape (
A6
) to ensure a good seal
Angle the supplied aluminium
positioning bar (
A4
) into the tracks
and straighten up to be parallel
with the slats.
Slide to the end of the tub and
leave in place to keep tracks
square during next steps.
