Red rectangle area
: The area displays recording files of your PC.
Left-side is tree-view area which displays folders and right-side is list-view area to display
file lists. Tree-view area displays a default folder and its subfolders. List-view area
displays file list of the folder selected in tree-view.
Blue rectangle area
: The area displays informaion about connected USB or FTP root
folder. Left-side is tree-view area which displays folders and right-side is list-view area
to display file lists. USB flash memory drives or FTP root folders are displayed on tree-
view. List-view area displays file list of the folder selected in tree-view.
Yellow rectangle area : The area displays detailed information of the selected disk(free
space, total file count, selected file count, and Inbound/outbound count).

Setting
By clicking Setting, you can set default folder path to run. Refer to
5.2.3.2 .
Conditional
search(PC)
By inputting telephone number of receiver/caller, customer name,
memo, call date, inbound/outbound and recording type, you can
retrieve data that meets all these conditions. When you retrieve data
without any condition, all data will be displayed.

By inputting telephone number of receiver/caller, call date,
inbound/outbound and recording type, you can retrieve data that
meets all these conditions. When you retrieve data without any
