transmission, the transmission fails within 1minite, it is considerd as transmit failure. In
this case, the failure transmission is tried to resent when the next transmission occurs. If
there is no additional call after transmit failure, resending it is tried after 5minutes.
When FTP log-in fails, resending is not tried.

* Extension : For the first time, when recording file is created, the recording file received
from USB flash memory or FTP server has two different types of extension. One has
extension tx and the other has rx extension. We can convert tx and rx files together to
listen to wav format file.
