Running the Setup Program
To install the Base driver software, do the following:
1. From the Windows Start menu, choose Run . The Run
dialog box appears.
2. Insert the SNA Server CD-ROM.
3. Enter
[drive]:\5535SR\base\setup.exe
(where
[drive] is the CD-ROM drive), and click OK .
The Interphase 553X Base Driver dialog box appears.

4. If needed, change the default installation path in the
Copy To field to the desired pathname. (The default
path is C:\WANSETUP.)
5. Click Continue to install the driver.
The installation program copies product files to the
directory specified in the
Copy To field, and creates a
program group in the Windows NT Start menu.
To continue the software installation, set up the adapter’s port
properties as described in the next section,
