Select the mode your network is using to

Choose Ad-hoc (802.11) when all of the stations on
the network are IEEE 802.11b compliant.

Choose Infrastructure when all data is being passed
through a root access point.

Enter the SSID (service set identifier) or network name
for the wireless network.

Density
Select medium or high if you have many access points
within range of EasyLAN Wireless. EasyLAN Wireless
searches for a better connection more often with a
higher density setting.

Signal Quality
Displays information about the quality of the signal.
RTS Threshold
Packets to be transmitted that are greater than or equal
to the threshold setting will cause the radio to use
RTS/CTS handshaking prior to transmission.
Setting this parameter to a small value causes RTS
packets to be sent more often, consuming more
available bandwidth, therefore reducing the apparent
throughput of other network packets. However, the
more often RTS packets are sent, the more quickly the
system can recover from interference or collisions
