Velcro head rest , occiput upholstery
The velcro head rest or the occiput upholstery is affixed to the back upholstery�
The back of the seat is lengthened so that the top is located above the head� Only
this way the following head rest options can be mounted�
To mount one of the two upholsteries proceed as follows:

Position the head upholstery with the back side (where the check band
is stiched on) on the back upholstery (where the velcro is stiched on) and
press it gently to fasten� The position is now fixed�

Pull the head upholstery strongly to detach it from the back upholstery�
10 . 10 Abduction
10 . 10 . 1 Abduction pommel integrated
The integrated abduction pommel was affixed during manufacturing of the seat
shell� Adjustments can not be made after that� Should adjustments become
necessary, please contact your specialist dealer�
10 . 10 . 2 Abduction pommel adjustable
The adjustable abduction pommel is affixed at the bottom of the outer side of the
hard seat shell� An adjustment is possible� The position of the pommel toward
the inner seat can be adjusted� It should be aimed that both knees are centered
toward the abduction pommel side�
To adjust the abduction pommel proceed as follows:

Loosen the clamp by turning the wing screw anticlockwise� The wing
screw is placed under the seat at the mounted holder of the abduction
pommel�

Push the abduction pommel into the correct position�

Fix the position by turning the wing screw clockwise until the abduction
pommel can no longer be moved�
11. Transport / transport securing / stair climbing
Important!
To master stairs the patient, the seat system and the indoor underframe must
be transported separately� Carrying the indoor underframe including mounted
seat system with the patent sitting in it is not allowed! Secure the patient against
