STEP ONE:
FLUME ASSEMBLY
Open box and remove slide components and
parts pack.
Flatten box and use it as a protective surface
to avoid scratching the acrylic parts.
Turn flume sections upside down, check flume
gasket integrity. (Diagram H)
Align bolt holes on the flanges.
Use vice grips to hold halves together.
(Diagram I)
Use a small dab of anti seize lubricant
(included) on the bolt threads.
Insert bolts – hardware kit CS-102-SS, flume to
flume. (Diagram J)
NOTE: (Hardware Order: bolts/washers, slide
flange/slide flange, washers/nuts.) Check flume
at inside seam for even fit.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.
