Power supply
The INSYS GSM requires a power supply of 10 to 60 V (DC) at a maximum of 5% ripple.
Caution - No overvoltage protection!
The INSYS GSM does not have a fuse.
Surges and excessive voltages may result in the destruction of the
device.
The following table shows the values that were determined for a signal field strength of
20 (
AT**SIGNAL?
). The current consumption and therefore the power consumption
may increase during poor network conditions.
These are average values for estimating the current consumption.
Note
Use a power supply unit that is capable of supplying up to 10 W at
short notice (577
