Programming function keys
The four function keys can be programmed individually. The programming
ensues via the Web interface of the IP110.
The function assigned to the key in the current state is executed when it is
pressed. The next defined status is then set for the key, with the effect that the
corresponding function is performed the next time the key is pressed. The pre-
defined functions specified in Table 5 can be assigned to keys.
The following pre-defined functions are available to program the
function keys:
Function
Description
Abbreviated dialling
(Dial)
This function can be used to enter phone
numbers or copy entries from the
telephone directory. A call is immediately
initiated in hands-free mode.
Call diversion
(Call Forwarding)
A telephone number can be entered for
each call diversion type.
Locking the telephone
(Lock)
The telephone is locked by pressing this
Function key.
Bell off
(Ringer off)
The bell is switched on or off by pressing
this Function key.
Call waiting
(Call Waiting)
Call waiting is switched on or off by
pressing this Function key.
Calling line identification
presentation
(CLIR)
Calling line identification presentation is
switched on or off by pressing this Function
key.
Pickup list
All telephones of the group currently
ringing and the number of the caller are
displayed by pressing the Function key.
Change user
(Switch)
A defined joint user can be configured as
an active user by pressing the Function key.
