3.6.3 Headset
The phone is prepared for operation with a headset. Via
Menu, User settings,
Headset
this mode can be enabled. In headset mode the hook switch (when the
handset is replaced) is disabled. For this reason, incoming calls can only be
answered with the
key and ended with the loudspeaker key
.

3.6.4 Other settings
You have the option of changing your password or of resetting the phone to the
factory settings. The option of a voice message number is disabled.

Password:
You can replace your old password with a new one. In the factory, this is given
an initial value of “0000”. Proceed as follows to change your password:
1. From the state as illustrated in fig. 25, select
Password
. You will be
asked for your old password.
2. Enter your old password and confirm with the
key. You will be asked
for a name.
3. Enter your new password using the key pad. You will be asked to re-enter
your new password and to confirm it with the
key. A message will
appear “New password chosen”.
