3.1.11 Call waiting
Someone tries to call you whilst you are on the phone. This will be signalled to
you with a sound and either the name or number of the calling party will be
displayed in the 4th line of the display.
The “call waiting” function must have been activated in your configuration in the
innovaphone PBX.

1. To answer the call without terminating the current call, press the
key.
When you press the
key, the active call (Line 1) will be put on hold
and you will be connected to the caller on Line 2. To return to the held
party, press the
key. You can also use the arrow keys to switch lines.
2. If you would like to end the current call before accepting the new call,
then either hang up or press the loudspeaker key
. Your display will
now only show one caller, the one who was previously waiting. When
you hang up the phone, it will ring, as you are now being called by the
waiting party.
3. If you do not want to accept the second call then press the
key and
the waiting party will sent an end of connection signal.
3.1.12 Call counter
The IP 100 has a call counter which shows how many unanswered calls there
have been.
