Insert  and  tighten  the  (4)  bolts 

attaching  the  adapter  to  the  the 

mounting plate.

Remove  the  metal  plug  from  the 

top  of  the  adapter  and  align  the 

bolt  holes  with  the  holes  on  the 

mounting plate.

Insert and tighten the (4) socket 

head  cap  screws  connecting  the 

mounting plate to the motor.

Center the mounting plate on the  

motor and align the holes.

pins before installation.
