SatWeb-28 service is a unique Internet connection service originally developed and provided by KDDI. Thanks to the
quality of Internet access via Inmarsat realized by technologies incorporated in this service, SatWeb-28 users can enjoy
web browsing with a level of comfort that surpasses Inmarsat connections to the web via ordinary Internet service
providers(ISP).
PC setting steps before using KDDI SatWeb-28 Service
Setting for the Internet Access Network
● Access ID and Password
Setting for the Internet WEB Browser Software
● Proxy Server Address and Port Number (For compression of received data, please make the appropriate setting.)
How to Access KDDI SatWeb-28 Service
1. Click the Dial-Up Icon

Start the Web Browser Software
3. Enter the URL of the Web Site You wish to Browsing
● For Internet Explorer(IE) Users, Under “Advanced Properties” , please check the box for “Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy
connections”.
