DISASSEMBLING THE UNIT
The un i t has been des i gned and constructed to guarantee cont i nuous
operat i on .
The long serv i ce l i fe of some components such as the fan and
compressor depends on good ma i ntenance .
The un i t must only be d i sassembled by a refr i gerant spec i al i st .
Refr i gerant l i qu i d and lubr i cat i ng o i l i ns i de the refr i gerat i on c i rcu i t must
be recovered i n compl i ance w i th current norms i n the country where the
mach i ne i s i nstalled .

REFRIGERANT LEAKS IN THE REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
The un i t i s d i spatched i n perfect work i ng order, already charged .
Refr i gerant leaks may be i dent i f i ed by tr i pp i ng of the compressor
overload protector (SK) .
IF A LEAK IS DETECTED IN THE REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, SEEK
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
.
REFRIGERANT CHARGING
THIS OPERATION MUST ONLY BE PERFORMED BY A
REFRIGERANT SPECIALIST .
WHEN REPAIRING THE REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, COLLECT ALL
THE REFRIGERANT IN A CONTAINER AND DISPOSE OF IT IN THE
APPROPRIATE MANNER

CHARACTERISTICS OF REFRIGERANT R134A
In normal temperature and pressure cond i t i ons the above refr i gerant i s
a colorless, class A1/A1 gas w i th TVL value of 1000ppm (ASHRAE
class i f i cat i on) .
If a refr i gerant leak occurs, thoroughly a i r the room before commenc i ng
work .
