C. Settings (Continued)
Below is the final Settings screen.
This screen will let you adjust the length of the Repressurization cycle. Pressing the F2
key will bring up a numeric input display to change this value. This time is set for
optimum conditions by the manufacturer. If a change needs to occur, please consult
Ingersoll-Rand.
From this screen, you can also change the mode of operation for the dryer. Pressing the
F4 key will switch between HC and HL modes of operation.
Note : This change will NOT occur instantly. The change will only take place when the
next cycle starts. The cycle that the dryer is in at the moment will finish, including
standby. This may take several hours, so a change may not be noticed until the
next day if pressed on accident.
Pressing the F4 key again will access HC mode and no changes will be made. The
stripping valve, which is a hand operated valve labeled V16 on the dryer, needs to be
opened more. This valve is normally set up 1 ½ turn open during HC mode.
To exit this screen simply press the F8 key and return to the Status screen, there are no
more Settings screens.
