PLACING TOOL IN SERVICE
Crow Foot Attachment
Excessive lubrication of the Crow Foot Attachment may
result in Attachment malfunctions.
After each thirty hours of operation, or as experience
indicates, inject 1/2 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 90 Grease
into the Grease Fitting of the Crow Foot Attachment having
two gear stages and 1 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 90 Grease
into the Grease Fitting of the Crow Foot Attachment having
more than two gear stages.
After each eight hours of operation, or as experience
indicates, inject 1 to 2 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 67 Grease
into the Grease Fitting of the Angle Housing Assembly.
Tube Nut Attachment
Excessive lubrication of the Tube Nut Attachment may
result in Attachment malfunctions.
After each thirty hours of operation, or as experience
indicates, inject 1/2 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 90 Grease
into the Grease Fitting of the Tube Nut Attachment having
two gear stages and 1 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 90 Grease
into the Grease Fitting of the Tube Nut Attachment having
more than two gear stages.
After each eight hours of operation, or as experience
indicates, inject 1 to 2 cc of Ingersoll–Rand No. 67 Grease
into the Grease Fitting of the Angle Housing Assembly.

Sound and vibration values for standard angle wrenches (DAA; DAL) and for geared offset head angle wrenches (DAT) are
maximum expected values obtained by testing a variety of different size tools and geared offset heads (tube nut and crowfoot
attachments).
Torque ranges are for the base angle wrench without a geared offset head. With a geared offset head attached, the torque range
for a tool will be reduced up to 30% from its catalogued range.
