Parts Counting

The

Explorer

Pro

Balance can be set to either an Easy Count or Advanced Count parts counting method.

Easy Count

setting enables a simplified method for counting parts. When selected, Easy Count displays a screen which requires

that the number of sample parts be entered. After this entry, putting a quantity of samples on the pan, the balance will display the
actual number of samples. Since the balance determines the quantity based on the average weight of a single part, all parts
must be reasonably uniform in weight.

Advanced Count

setting contains a number of entry screens which include assigning a library name, filling and sorting applications

and statisical information which can be printed.
