Chapter 2: Installation
Setting Jumpers
You need to configure modules for local or remote operation
before
power-up. To change the configuration, first remove power from the
module, reset the jumper, and then reapply power.
Setting J1/J2 Jumpers
The J1 and J2
1
jumpers are used to select local control reclock setting.
Set the J1 jumper for input 1 rate control. Set the J2 jumper for input 2
rate control. Follow this procedure to set the jumpers:
1. Locate the J1 and J2 jumper sets on the module.

2. Place a shunt on the pin that corresponds to the mode that you want.
